| Salam, as u guys know, i went for a visit to andalucia from 16 dec till 20th dec 2006... here is my best shot photos during the first day in Andalus; Malaga.. I wont write much about the history cause u can go and visit my frens blog at www.dropletsofdew.blogspot.com and she explained reasonably well our journey over there.. |
It says in my travel book that malaga is among the poorest state in Spain.. But i dont think it's too bad anyway. We don have much time to visit a lot of places here so I ended up shooting any pictures that catch my eyes...
we were strolling across the bazaar in the heart of malaga... due to lack of time we didnt get the chance to go and see the beautiful beach that lies at the corner of malaga. .. Malaga is quite vibrant and full of colours with loads of culture..
Because we were looking for the beach for so long, we ended up being hungry. Alhamdulillah, we met a generous muslimah who showed us the Muslem restaurant at the heart of Malaga. The place is quite discreet but anyone who knows the place will get there quite easily..
The hardest part was ordering the foods. We took about 30 minutes to converse with the waiter and made him understand what we want. He was kinda sweet mid 20's chap that tried seriously to get the order. I guessed he was trying too hard until we laugh at him so many times. But that was a good experience because you really know how difficult it is to live in the country that doesnt speak English. I even try to order in Arabic since he was Moroccan but I ended ordering in Malay. We had a good laff and very decent meal that should make us survive for the rest of the journey that day...
Honestly the first day was just to warm us up before getting to the real journey of Andalusia... the next 4 days was the best journey that I ever had in my whole life...
So stay tune...( kene study medic puler...)
wasalam
